Kout Food Haitian Cuisine Cup
From Kreyòl Roots to Global Plates
Our Mission
Kout Food – Haitian Cuisine Cup (KFHCC) exists to elevate Haitian cuisine on the global stage by empowering chefs, home cooks, and culinary students to honor tradition while innovating with excellence, creativity, and cultural integrity.
Through competition, education, and cultural storytelling, we celebrate Haitian food as a living heritage—bold, refined, and globally relevant. Rooted in ancestral wisdom, our food is also medicine, nourishing both body and soul.

Toup Pou Yo 2026
Toup Pou Yo 2026 marks the official launch of the International Haitian Cuisine Cup, inspired by the historic journey of Haiti’s national soccer team, the Grenadiers, as they head to the World Cup.
This landmark culinary competition honors the discipline, resilience, and pride of Haiti—on the field and in the kitchen. Through food, storytelling, and competition, we spotlight how Haitian cuisine fuels strength, unites community, and represents national excellence on a global stage.
